InnJoo Max 3 Offers a lot for Ksh. 11,900

I wanted to wait until I could lay my hands on this device. But this seems hard. So I will go ahead and write something about it since many of you want a post.

The Max 3 is a new big phone from InnJoo and it goes for only Ksh. 11900 on Jumia. Almost the price of the X-Tigi Vision6 (Ksh.11,000) that I am trying to get for a review.

Specs:

• 6 inch 720p display
• 2.5D diamond cut Glass. I know 2.5D I don’t understand diamond cut glass. But JUMIA has listed it as protection
• Fingerprint scanner – takes 0.35s
• 13MP rear camera
• 8MP front camera
• 2GB RAM
• 16GB internal storage
• Quad Core processor
• 3G only version currently on Jumia
• Comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop. But says this will be upgraded to Marshmallow.

Best things:

• The design of the phone is really good. The metallic finish makes it a classy device.
• Phone is nicely slim.
• The fingerprint scanner at the back is also a really welcome addition and for just 11k, a very good deal.
• The 8MP front camera is a big thing!
• The 4000mAh battery. Every phone should have 4000mAh and above batteries.

The problems I have with the device:

• There’s no mention of fast charging.
• The display is 720p only. Would have loved if they made it 1080p.

I know now it would be harder to choose between these big phones: the Infinix Note 3, the InnJoo Max 3, the X-tigi Vision6.

But the decision is up to you.
