The Y6 II is an exciting Huawei device. It is focused on being good in terms of design and performance but also being affordable to many people.
The thing that’s exciting about this particular Huawei device for me is that for a relatively fair price, I can get a phone with a good processor, display and RAM.
This is a quick look at it’s specifications.
- 5.5- inch display IPS LCD capacitive TouchScreen
- 8MP front camera
- 13MP back camera
- Kirin 620 1.2GHz Processor
- 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage
- Android 6 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1
- 3000mAh non-removable battery
- Supports 4G networks
If only Huawei added a fingerprint scanner, something that’s becoming a must in devices…
Anyway, the battery can last a whole day. The cameras, as stated, seem exciting. One needs to test them to have a proper conclusion. The processor and RAM are pretty convincing too. And I expect this to be a smooth phone to use.
It is not very cheap going between Ksh. 17,000 and Ksh. 19,000. And can’t well compare to other brands in the market like Infinix which offer better specs at these prices. But well it is Huawei.
