Huawei Freebuds 4 to be available in Kenya from October

Huawei Mobile Kenya has announced it will be introducing the Freebuds 4 to the market from 1st October. They will run a pre-order between then and 7th October. This, the company says, is part of their efforts to better their position in the audio wearables segment.

Currently, the company is selling the Freebuds Pro in the country for KES 24,999, the Freebuds 3 for KES 19,999 the Freebuds 3i for KES 10,999, and the Freebuds 4i for KES 9,999.

The company hasn’t revealed the pricing for the upcoming Freebuds 4. But given the pricing of the Freebuds 3, we can expect a similar price point.

Huawei says the Freebuds 4 feature an upgraded Open-fit ANC 2.0 technology. There are also improvements at the hardware and software level that the buds’ open-fit design, plus noise cancellation to new levels as well as offer a comfortable wearing experience.

Speaking of the soon to launch audio in market, Jim Zhijue said, “Among the things that stand out  in HUAWEI Freebuds 4, the audio is the adaptive ear matching technology that can help optimise audio output. Also another key pointer is its high quality recording and its compatibility.” 

Huawei explains that in today’s digital age, many users now own more than one device and at times it’s a hassle if ones wants to connect the earbuds to multiple devices. The FreeBuds 4 supports dual device connections whether if it’s a Huawei smartphone, tablet, PC, smartwatch or even devices from other brands or running on different operating systems.
