Boeing has announced it will be supporting Kenya Airways’ recently launched Fahari Innovation Hub The partnership announcement at Dubai’s Airshow 2021 was made by President of Boeing Middle East, Turke and Africa, with KQ’s CEO and Group Managing Director in attendance.
The Fahari Innovation Hub, an autonomous and agile business unit within Kenya Airways, was launched in July 2021 and is a platform that aims to bring together entrepreneurs and innovators to help accelerate the development of the aviation industry and in the course tackle some of its current and future challenges.
Boeing will support the hub through equipping the center with software, hardware, furnishing, and other essential requirements.
Focused on being an epicenter for strategic innovation management, the Innovation Hub will offer opportunities for co-creation, collaboration, networking, research, and learning. It aims to stimulate innovation by providing expertise, resources, services, mediation, and support to other business functions and partner organizations.
