It is almost that time for the Samsung Galaxy S9. And the leaks will be pouring all over the internet in the coming days. The phone will be announced next month at the Mobile World Congress, but these leaks have kind of already shown us everything (except the back).
The S9 won’t have an under-the-display fingerprint scanner yet as the leaks online claim the scanner will be behind below the two back cameras. This is a better placement compared to what the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy Note 8 brought us.
The front camera will be an 8MP shooter while the dual back system will feature one new 12MP lens that is said to switch aperture between f2.4 and f1.5. I want to think that’s why Samsung’s teaser of the device claims that the camera is totally re-imagined.
The smaller phone will be 5.8 inches, with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage while the larger device will be 6.2 inches with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Both will come with a new Exynos processor or a Snapdragon 845 for the US market.
There’s also the claim that the phones will come with stereo speakers.
