Bolt expands services to Eldoret, and Nakuru

Estonian Taxi company Bolt, formerly Taxify, has announced it is expanding its services to Nakuru and Naivasha towns. The official release also mentions Eldoret, and Kitale.

This means Bolt Services in Kenya should now be available in all the following towns:

  • Nairobi
  • Mombasa
  • Kisumu
  • Kakamega
  • Thika
  • Eldoret
  • Naivasha
  • Kitale
  • Nakuru

“Bolt has had a steady growth across Kenya contributed by our expansion into new markets, which is largely driven by the demand for our quality service. As the festive season approaches, we are excited to make movement for our customers affordable, convenient and safe across the North Rift region, giving locals and visitors more choices to move smartly” said the Country Manager in the official release.

Founded back in 2013 by a then 19-year old high school student, Bolt has expanded across the world and now claims more than 25 million users in over 30 countries globally.
