HMD Global is set to officially launch the Nokia 2.3 in Kenya this week. It features a 6.2 inch 720p panel, and runs Android 9 Pie, with Android 10 expected to roll out in the coming weeks. It could be one of the first under 15k phones to feature Android 10.
