The budget Nokia 2.2 is now receiving Android 10. The new update ships with the February security patch. Nokia is the only company that can boast of updating almost all their devices from the lowest end to the most expensive. Yes, it is easier for them to send out updates because their devices all run stock Android with very few customisations, but that is no excuse for other companies like Transsion who are yet to send out updates. Why not embrace stock Android?
Nokia devices are guaranteed up to 2 years of major upgrades, and up to 3 years of security patches. Thought that alone doesn’t attract buyers, it gives many the peace of mind that their device will last them quite some while without feeling old, or outdated.
Next in line to receive Android 10 will be the Nokia 2.3, 3.2, 4.2, 7.2, 6.2, 3.1 plus, and Nokia 8 Sirocco. Has your phone received Android 10?
