The Nokia 7.2 is now officially receiving Android 10 update. Though the update has taken quite a while to arrive on the upper-midrange device, it is still impressive that HMD Global has managed to send out Android 10 to almost all their 2019 devices. They still hold the number 1 spot for assured Android updates.

When HMD laid out their Android 10 update schedule, the Nokia 7.2 wasn’t really talked about. But a new schedule shared weeks ago, revealed it was still in line to get Android 10.

The 1.57GB update includes the March 2020 security patch from Google. You should have either already gotten a notification to update, or are in line to get it in the coming days. Check you Settings > About Phone > Updates to see if update has arrived.

Also, if you can get the Nokia 7.2 now for a good price (that is less than KES. 25000) it will be a good deal. It is still in line to get Android 11 when that rolls out, so it is still a good device to use in the next two years.
