Nokia 2.2 Android 11 Update rolling out now
Last year, in March, it was the Nokia 2.2’s turn to get Android 10. A year later, the device is now in line to receive Android 11 – which could be its last major upgrade, leaving it with one more year of security updates.
For a phone that launched for just KES. 10,200, this is an impressive score for HMD Global, and a plus for all the users who bought the phone back then. It makes it still relevant in these times whether a user wants to keep the device, or pass it on.
The update isn’t yet available in the Kenyan market, but should roll out soon. It is over 1GB in size, and comes with the March 2021 Security Patch.
