Samsung just unveiled the Galaxy S25 FE at IFA in Berlin, it’s the most accessible entry point into the Galaxy S25 series. It follows the same concept of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ we recently covered. The S25 FE arrives with Android 16-based One UI 8 and a commitment to seven years of operating system upgrades and security patches.
The Galaxy S25 FE is powered by Samsung’s 4nm Exynos 2400 chipset paired with 8 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of onboard storage. Thermal efficiency is improved by a vapor chamber more than 10% larger than its predecessor. Under the hood is a 4,900 mAh battery supports 45W wired charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.

The front of the device features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPS display with Full HD+ resolution, 1,900 nits of peak brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate. An upgraded 12 MP front camera promises improved selfies with the support of Samsung’s ProVisual Engine and low-noise processing.
On the rear, the triple-camera setup includes a 50 MP main sensor with optical image stabilization, a 12 MP ultra-wide lens with a 123-degree field of view, and an 8 MP telephoto unit with 3x optical zoom and OIS (Optical Image Stablization). AI-powered features such as Generative Edit, Instant Slow-mo, Portrait Studio, Audio Eraser, and Auto Trim expand the device’s creative capabilities. These tools are designed to simplify editing, enhance low-light performance, and offer new personalization options.

Samsung highlighted the Galaxy S25 FE as a “gateway to Galaxy AI.” Features like Gemini Live enable real-time multimodal interactions, while Now Bar and Now Brief provide contextual updates directly from the lock screen. Circle to Search with Google integrates in-app contextual search, and Knox Enhanced Encryption Protection ensures sensitive data remains secure on-device.
The phone’s design mirrors the Galaxy S25 series with a slim 7.4 mm body, Gorilla Glass Victus+ on both sides, and an enhanced Armor Aluminum frame. The whole package is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance. Connectivity includes Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 6E.
Color options include Icyblue, Jetblack, Navy, and White. So far the tech giant has only revealed pricing in Europe which starts at €749 ($875) for the 8 GB/128 GB variant, €809 ($945) for 8 GB/256 GB, and €929 ($1,084) for 8 GB/512 GB. Samsung is bundling six months of the Google AI Pro plan with the device in select markets, providing access to premium AI features across Gemini, Flow, and NotebookLM.
The Galaxy S25 FE will be available beginning September 4 in select regions, with broader rollout details expected in the coming weeks.
