Huawei P30 Lite NEW Edition now available for KES. 28,499

Over 10,000 units of P30 series sold since its launch in April in this year.

Huawei Mobile Kenya has today officially launched the HUAWEI P30 lite New edition in the Kenyan market. The device will be retailing at KES. 28,499.

This comes 6 months after the launch of the P30 series in the market. Huawei says they’ve sold over 10,000 P30 Units since launch. They don’t however specify which P30 Units as there’s 3 devices in the series.

The new edition P30 Lite features a triple-camera setup with a 48MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide angle camera and a depth camera. It packs the Kirin 710 Chipset, and comes running EMUI 9.0.1 on top of Android 9 Pie. There’s 128GB of internal storage.

If you’re worried about Google Apps and Services, don’t. The phone was launched months ago, and you will enjoy all Google Services.

Speaking of the launch, Steven Li, Country President Huawei Mobile Kenya said, “Following the successful launch of the P30 series in the market about 6 months ago we are delighted to introduce to you another version in the same family with higher specs to meet the consumers’ needs. Combining an exquisite design with Huawei’s innovations, the latest HUAWEI P30 lite New Edition smartphone is equipped with three rear cameras with support for ultra-wide angle photography and artificial intelligence (AI) features. Making high quality photography accessible, it enables young photography enthusiasts to capture poster-quality images on a smartphone.”

Huawei says they have Bluetooth speaker gift hampers that will be given to the first 400 consumers.
