This is also Safaricom’s first device under their Lipa Mdogo Mdogo allowing customers to pay in KES. 20 daily instalments.

  • Confirm Qualification to program under *544# – Be above 18, use SIM for at least 1 year, must be a 2G customer.
  • Make KES. 1,000 down payment
  • Pay KES. 20 per day using a Security App – without which phone won’t work.
  • One can pay extra amounts when they’re in a position to.
  • After 7 days of payment, customers get YouTube bundles.

  1. Why call the phone “Samsung?” This is clearly a deluding title just to get people to buy. Honesty counts. Neon phones are known to have problems.

    1. I have used several neon phones and the key thing after buying one is how you charge. Charge wrongly with a bad charger and it dies 1 day after buying

    1. There is a difference between neon Ray and neon Ray pro. Ray pro spects are as stated above. Only problem I have with mine is they are single sim and only safaricom
