itel Kenya announces one month of free services to customers

itel Kenya has announced one month of free services to itel customers across the country. The campaign runs from 10th August to 10th September and is aimed at offering extra services to itel buyers. These are services customers would normally pay for.

If you have an itel smartphone, you may want to walk in to either an itel outlet, or a Carlcare service centre and take advantage of the free services which include free screen replacements, free protectors, and free cleaning. Here’s a breakdown of services you’ll get, and where you’ll get them:

In some selected itel outlets, if you walk in and are an itel smartphone user, you will get:

  • FREE itel Phone Cleansing – Ethanol wipes to keep your phone germ-free.
  • FREE Smartphone Protector – Particularly for people with the A56, A36, and P36 models.

In ALL Kenya Carlcare Service Center, itel users will get:

  • 100 Days Free Replacement – If your itel smartphone is not artificially damaged and the issue can’t be solved by software upgrade, within 100 days from the original date of purchase, it can be replaced with the same model or repaired with no charge.
  • Half Price Screen Replacement – This policy applies to screen replacement of models including A56, A36, and P36.
  • Half Price Accessories Purchasing From Carclare – 50% discount for any itel customer purchase accessories from Carlcare center with itel service moth raffels.
  • FREE itel Smartphone System/Software Update – Now you can surf with the most updated features.
  • FREE itel Phone Cleansing and FREE Smartphone Protector – Of course, you can get the same kind of services as in itel stores.
