Huawei GT3 Watch now available for KES 33,000

Huawei has today announced the availability of its next-gen smartwatch. The Huawei GT3 Watch is powered by Harmony OS 2.1, making it the first Harmony OS device in the market. There are two models that will be available:

  • A smaller 42mm version and
  • A bigger 46mm version.

Huawei Mobile Kenya has said that the watch will be retailing from KES 32,999 and will be available across all its retail stores in the country.

The 46mm version, Huawei says, supports a 14-day battery life in typical usage, while the 42mm version offers 7-day of long battery life in typical usage. The longer battery life ensures users can wear it all day and use it continuously, even during sleep.

It is designed to make life easier and more convenient for consumers, as well as help them to achieve fitness goals using scientific data. Health and fitness monitoring has always been one of our wearables’ core strengths and this time, Huawei is providing a comprehensive upgrade to the GT series, with the addition of the new TruSeen 5.0+.”
