Vision Plus TV customers to get free Showmax for 3 Months

Vision Plus and Showmax have partnered to give customers buying the new Vision Plus Smart TVs three months free streaming. The deal is valid for the next two years from September 2022. Here’s how to activate the free Showmax streaming deal:

  • Purchase a Vision Plus smart TV from any authorised dealer, retailer and/or online vendor country wide.
  • Register warranty via https://visionplus.co.ke/warranty
  • Upon successful warranty registration, Vision Plus will send a voucher code to the customer via SMS and/or email.
  • A link to Showmax registration page will also be included in the same SMS for easy voucher activation.

There’s a dedicated Showmax button on the TV remote.

Showmax says the partnership is part of their local-first strategy that tailors their content, apps, packages and partnerships to what’s most important to subscribers in different countries.

When a customer buys a Vision Plus smart TV from any authorised dealer, retailer or online vendor, countrywide, they will receive three months of complimentary Showmax viewing. The Vision Plus smart TV remote also has a dedicated Showmax button.

“At Showmax, we’re always looking for ways to attract new customers and to enrich their streaming experience,” says Nathan Hanley, Chief Expansion Officer at Showmax. “This partnership with Vision Plus will not only make it easier for our customers in Kenya to access Showmax at the click of a button, but also allow them to watch only the best local and international content Showmax has to offer.”

“This partnership affirms our promise of continuous improvement to our customers. Our new smart TVs operating on V+ OS powered by Vidaa enables our customers to enjoy their favourite content at a click of a button,” says Umesh Bhojwani, MD at Vision Plus. “This illustrates our commitment to innovation and journey to becoming a brand of choice.”
