
AfricArena has officially opened applications for startups to pitch at its upcomingΒ Johannesburg Summit 2025, set to take place onΒ March 26, 2025. This marks the first stop in theΒ AfricArena Tour 2025, which seeks to showcase Africaβs most promising tech startups to investors and industry leaders.
A Platform for Africaβs Top Startups
TheΒ Johannesburg Fintech, Deep Tech & Enterprise SummitΒ will offer selected startups the opportunity to pitch their ideas to a global audience. Startups looking to gain visibility, attract investment, and engage with potential partners are encouraged to apply.
Prior to the main summit, AfricArena has scheduled two key pre-events:
- March 23-24, 2025Β βΒ AfricArise Founderβs Bootcamp, where selected startups will receive training to refine their pitches and enhance investor readiness.
- March 25, 2025Β βΒ VC Night & AfricArena Wired Speed Connect, a high-impact networking session connecting startups with investors,Β Limited Partners (LPs), andΒ General Partners (GPs).
Call for Speakers and Sponsorships

Ahead of the summit, AfricArena will also host an in-person panel discussion on theΒ State of Tech in Africa 2025 ReportΒ atΒ Amazon Africaβs headquarters in Cape TownΒ onΒ February 20, 2025. The discussion will feature industry leaders analyzing key trends shaping Africaβs tech landscape.
