Samsung extends 50% off parts + free labour repair offer until Nov. 14 for 28 Galaxy phones & select UHD TVs

Samsung Kenya has announced an extension of its nationwide discounted repair campaign, giving customers more time to service their devices at reduced costs. Initially set to end on October 31, 2025, the offer now runs until November 14, 2025, covering both Samsung TVs and select Galaxy smartphones and tablets.

Under the promotion, customers enjoy 50% off repair parts, free labour, and complimentary transport for specific models serviced through authorized Samsung service centres across Kenya.

Extended offer for Crystal UHD TV repairs

The campaign originally applied to Samsung’s UA50TU8000UXKE Crystal UHD TV, which qualified for the same 50% discount on replacement parts and free labour through the month of October. The company has confirmed that the offer for this model will continue through the new November window.

While washing machines were part of the initial promotion, Samsung has not clarified whether they remain eligible under the extended terms.

Customers interested in booking a TV repair can do so by submitting a service request form on Samsung’s official website, providing basic details such as name, contact, city, product model, and a brief issue description before selecting their preferred service centre.

Samsung Mobile Kenya joins in with extended Galaxy repair discounts

Samsung Mobile Kenya has also confirmed that the Galaxy repair Offer has been extended to November 14, 2025, with the same benefits:
