The OPPO Reno6 5G is now receiving the Android 12 Update. If you’re a user and haven’t yet seen the update, go to Settings > Software Update to check for it manually.

It is a good thing to see companies try and roll out updates in a fast manner. Yeah, February 2022 isn’t really early, but given OPPO has other flagships to prioritise, it is a good thing to see Android 12 already here.
Other OPPO devices expected to receive the update within the month include the Reno 5 series, the Reno 4, and the OPPO A95. OPPO is also scheduled to send out the update to other OPPO devices in the coming months.
When OPPO unveiled ColorOS 12, they said they had a target of sending the update to over 110 smartphone models with over 150 million users by the end of 2022.
