Earlier in the year, we saw long queues as people rushed to update their SIM Registration details to get in line with the Communication Authority requirements. The deadline was then extended to October 15th, which is now just about 2 weeks away. Have you updated your SIM card details?

If you have an Airtel, Telkom or Safaricom SIM card, you can update your details online without having to physically visit a store. Unless there’s something more serious forcing you to visit their stores.

Those with a Faiba Line don’t need to do anything as the SIM cards are already in compliance with the Communication Authority guidelines.
