At CES 2023, Infinix and JBL announced they’re working on smartphones together. The partnership will come to life with the upcoming NOTE series – which we expect to be the Infinix NOTE 13.
Infinix Kenya has said that the partnership will allow users to have the Infinix experience they expect and love, elevated by the quality and capabilities of the world-renowned brand, JBL.
What we can expect:
This will be a partnership on sound. And most probably only on the speakers of the phone, and not in terms of headphones users will get inside the box. So we can expect newly tuned speakers with the new Infinix NOTE 13 series.
What we don’t know yet is this:
- How long the partnership will last
- Will the speakers actually sound better?
We’ve seen partnerships between smartphone makers and sound companies before. For example Samsung’s continued partnership with AKG, and later on acquisition. Or Xiaomi’s partnership with Harman Kardon. Let’s wait and see how the Infinix – JBL partnership will fair.
