OPPO has entered the tablet market in Kenya with the launch of the OPPO Pad Air. This move by OPPO aims to expand its range of smart devices in the Kenyan market and provide customers with a seamless computing experience. The OPPO Pad Air is available at a Recommended Retail Price of KES 34,999.

According to OPPO, the Pad Air has been meticulously developed to offer the best in design, technology performance, and system interaction experience. The device weighs just 440g and has a slim profile of 6.94 mm, making it lightweight and comfortable to hold. The rear panel of the tablet showcases OPPO‘s commitment to aesthetics, featuring an industry-first 3D finishing technology and an exclusive metal splicing design.

The upper part of the rear panel combines a unique 3D texture design with OPPO Glow, providing a visually stunning display of sunset dunes. The lower part of the rear panel has been sandblasted to give it a metallic appearance and reduce the visibility of fingerprints and slipping.

The OPPO Pad Air offers an enhanced connection experience through ColorOS for Pad, enabling smart and smooth interactions. It introduces two new Multi-Screen Connect functions: file drag and drop, and clipboard sharing. These features allow users to seamlessly transfer files and text between the tablet and other smart devices. The tablet also retains its original unique functions, including two-finger split-screen, four-finger floating window, and Smart Sidebar.

The Pad Air is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 Mobile Platform, ensuring smooth multitasking and efficient performance. It features a 10.36-inch 2K HD eye-care display that has received certification for low blue light eye protection from TÜV Rheinland. This display delivers clear and smooth visuals while reducing eye fatigue. Additionally, the tablet is equipped with four super large speakers and supports Dolby Atmos, providing a high-quality, immersive listening experience.

The OPPO Pad Air boasts a large 7,100 mAh battery that offers long-lasting usage. Users can enjoy up to 12 hours of video playback, attend video conferences for 15 hours, or read e-books for 16 hours on a single charge.
