These OPPO phones are scheduled to receive ColorOS 17 in November

November is the scheduled upgrade month for several older OPPO phones, including the Reno15 Pro 5G, Reno15 5G, Reno15 F 5G and Reno14 F 5G. All four appear in OPPO’s global ColorOS 17 rollout plan and its Kenyan phone catalogue.

ColorOS 17 is OPPO’s version of Android 17, the software that controls the phone’s interface and how its apps work. For owners of those Reno models, November gives them a month to watch for the upgrade. It does not establish that their individual handset can download it today.

That distinction also changes how to read the roadmap we covered in September. That was China’s schedule, which included Chinese versions of OPPO, OnePlus and realme devices. The global OPPO list is the more relevant starting point for the Reno models in Kenya’s catalogue.

Which phones are on November’s list?

The Find and Reno phones on OPPO’s global November 2026 schedule are:

  • Find N3 and Find N3 Flip.
  • Reno15 Pro Max 5G, Reno15 Pro 5G, Reno15 Pro Mini 5G, Reno15 5G, Reno15 FS 5G, Reno15 F 5G, Reno15c 5G and Reno15 A.
  • Reno14 Pro 5G, Reno14 5G, Reno14 5G Diwali Edition, Reno14 FS 5G, Reno14 F 5G and Reno14 F Dark Side Limited Edition.

The four Reno models in Kenya’s catalogue are the clearest local matches. Owners of imported phones should also check which market their exact model came from.

Regional lists differ even on OPPO’s own website. Its India schedule adds the K14 Plus 5G and F35 Pro 5G to November, for example. Those names are absent from November’s global list. An Indian schedule or update screenshot therefore needs to be matched to the exact model and region before it tells a Kenyan owner anything useful.

What has actually reached phones?

There is evidence of testing before November. OPPO’s Reno15 Pro Mini and Reno15 Pro open beta recruitment ran from 9th to 12th October 2026 for eligible owners in Malaysia and India. A beta is a test release; OPPO warned participants about instability and incompatibility.

That establishes a testing programme for those markets. We have not verified a stable ColorOS 17 download on a Kenyan Reno15 or Reno14 handset, or on a Kenyan Find N3 or Find N3 Flip. The schedule supplies no Kenya-specific release day or download size.

OPPO also qualifies the timetable by model, region and network provider, and excludes carrier-exclusive models from the general plan. The order of the names does not establish which phone gets the update first. For an owner still waiting, an unchanged updater screen is compatible with the published timetable.

How to check and prepare

On recent ColorOS versions, open Settings, choose About device and tap the ColorOS panel to check for an update. OPPO’s software-update instructions give that path for ColorOS 13 and above.

Before installing, back up important files, use a stable internet connection and charge the phone. Leave enough storage for the package the updater requests. OPPO’s Kenyan update troubleshooting guidance also advises against using a VPN to switch to a region where an update has been released.

The upgrade also comes with limits on what each phone receives. OPPO’s global launch announcement introduces changes to interface animations and artificial intelligence tools, but some capabilities depend on the hardware or country.
