Infinix’s latest device is the much awaited Note 4 which is a follow-up to their Note series, a line-up of large screen phones with huge batteries. Specifically the Note 4 follows the impressive Infinix Note 3 which I really loved last year.
Seems like with the Note 4, Infinix decided on a different design, with a smaller display and a Home button. The specs-sheet though isn’t impressive as we would have expected. One would argue that this feels like a downgrade, but that is left to be seen when the device is reviewed and the PRO version is announced. The renders, however, paint a good-looking device with a lot of curves. Also, the launch price is Ksh. 14,000.
Infinix Note 4 X572 Specifications:
|5.7 inch 1080p, 2.5D curved Display
|13MP back camera, 8MP front camera
|RAM and Storage
|2GB RAM; 16GB internal storage
|Android 7.0 Nougat with XOS skin
|Ksh. 14,000 (Jumia)
We all would have expected better RAM and better storage. 3GB RAM with 32GB storage would have been really good. They could have even thrown in a better processor. But we wait to see how the device performs and handles day-to-day tasks. We also wait to see how good or bad the cameras are and how much hours one can push with the new 4300mAh battery.
