itel Mobile Kenya have a new device called the P51 that’s already available countrywide. The standout thing about the new P51 is the 5000mAh battery. Though not the first smartphone to come with such a huge battery, it might be the first time we are seeing that battery size for less than Ksh. 10,000.
The claim by itel is that the phone will last 3 days on a single charge on normal use. And of course such a huge battery would make no sense if you can’t use it creatively. The P51 supports OTG Reverse Charging. So you can have it as a power-bank sort of for your other devices.
The display is 5.5 inch HD 720p. It runs Android 7 Nougat with 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage with a 1.3GHz Quad Core Mediatek Processor. The back camera is 8MP. You can pick the phone up at Ksh. 9500.
