It’s November, and Black Friday deals are everywhere. Nowadays Black Friday isn’t a one day thing. It has slowly become a whole month event with some companies running campaigns all through the month.
Jumia’s Black Friday campaign is running through every Friday of this month. This has been from last week’s 8th Nov, today 15th November, next week’s 22nd, and the other week’s 29th Nov.
Of the many campaigns on the platform, one of the ones to be in the look out for are the deals from Xiaomi Kenya. The company says they have over 70 deals that are currently live, and with others coming before the end of the month. They have a dedicated section on Jumia, click on the button to check it out.
I have talked about Xiaomi through the year, and recently I had a post on how their ecosystem is easy to get hooked on to. If you’re part of the ecosystem, I am sure you already have things you’re looking forward to buy. If you’ve never bought a Xiaomi device, this could be your chance to try one out.
What I am not a fan of with Xiaomi is how they delay in bringing their products to the country. This year, they’ve appeared to be way more serious than last year: they’ve opened two physical Mi HOME stores in Nairobi, with a third one launching soon. And they have also promised to bring in recently launched devices much faster to the market. I am really looking forward to the Redmi 8A which is an absolute steal.
Here are some of the top deals you can get from Xiaomi with this year’s Black Friday:
- Redmi GO – (1+16GB) – KES. 4,999
- Mi band 3 – KES. 1,999
- Mi band 4 – KES. 3,999/-
- Mi Powerbank 2S (10,000mAh) – KES. 1,999
- Mi Super Gel Pens – (Minimum order 10pcs) – KES. 29 per piece.
- Mi Rainbow batteries – KES. 29
- Mi Basic in-earphones – KES. 599
- Mi True wireless earbuds – KES. 2,999
The Redmi GO is not only the cheapest way to get into Xiaomi’s smartphone experience, it is also the best Android GO phone to buy. At that price, its the best option to go with for everyone who was considering phones from Safaricom’s NEON line up.
The Mi Band 4 is an excellent companion. I’ve had it on my wrist for over 1 month now, and I love it. The battery life is especially great. My review of it will be coming soon, as I look forward to comparing it with Huawei’s new Band 4 Series that launched yesterday.
I am hoping there’ll be other deals from Xiaomi coming as the month progresses.
