Huawei NOVA Y60 now officially available for KES 23,000

The Huawei NOVA Y60 is now officially on sale in Kenya. You can pick it up for KES 23,000 across Huawei branded shops and online through the official retailer AMAYA. For that price, you get 4GB RAM, and 64GB internal storage. The full specs of the device are listed down below.

Speaking of the new phone, Huawei Mobile Kenya country Head Jim Zjuie said, “We delighted to introduce another mid-range device in the market as we look forward to the festive season where we get to gift our loved ones and the NOVA Y60 is one of the best gifts that you can give someone. We have also put in an early Christmas gift whereby for every purchase you get a Free Gift pack. The NOVA Y60 leverages Huawei’s mature smartphone technology and ecosystem to deliver a better mobile experience. The smartphone enables smooth communication and interaction through MeeTime, Multi-Window, Knuckle Gesture and many other smart features. The AppGallery is also available to offer wide-ranging high-quality apps.”

You can pick the phone up in two colour options: Crush Green or Midnight Black. Do note that the device runs open source Android 10 with no support for Google Services. The company’s Harmony OS is yet to be officially unveiled in the country. With no support for Google’s Play Store, Huawei’s alternative, the AppGallery – which has grown tremendously – will be your one-stop place for Apps and Games.
