TECNO has officially unveiled to the world the new Spark 9 Pro. The company says the devices is targeted at Get Z featuring a 32MP selfie shooter, a 8.42mm think body, and a 50MP rear camera. This is a follow up to last year’s TECNO Spark 8P.

The TECNO Spark 9 Pro has a 6.6 inch Full HD display supporting 90Hz refresh rates. TECNO says the optimised screen design enables better visual experience and makes the scrolling smoother and touch feedback more sensitive for mobile entertainment including playing games and watching videos.
At the back, there’s a 50MP camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor and an AI lens. The 50MP sensor has an aperture of F/1.6. TECNO says the Spark 9 Pro cameras support Super Night Mode 3.0 with AI Scene Light Detection, and Multi-frame Fusion Optimisation Algorithm. It also features Touch-up Restoration Technology which appropriately brightens your image to make it both clear and natural even shooting in a dark environment.
What’s more, there’s a Ring Screen Fill-in Light which provides an even, three-dimensional fill-in light for the face even in low light conditions.
The device is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G85 Chip, 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. There’s a 5000mAh battery charged at 18W via USB Type-C. The phone comes running Android 12 with the HiOS 8.6 skin.
The device will be available in Quantum Black, Burano Blue, Holy White and Hacker Storm. We are not sure when it will go on sale in Kenya as this is the global announcement.
