Vivo has recently launched the V29 5G smartphone, the latest in its V Series, now available in Kenya. The phone is priced at KES 64,999. Vivo says the new V29 5G continues the V Series‘ tradition of innovation and modern design with advanced camera features.
The V29 5G introduces a slim 120 Hz 3D Curved Screen, following the V27 5G’s path. Vivo says the new device offers a sleek design with improved photography capabilities, including features like Smart Aura Light Portrait, Supermoon Mode, and Food Mode, along with a 50 MP AF Group Selfie feature.
The phone has a 50 MP HD Camera with AF Group Selfie and Super Group Video capabilities, ensuring what Vivo describes as high-quality images and videos. It also includes a 50 MP OIS Ultra-Sensing Camera, an 8 MP Ultra Wide-Angle Camera, and a 2 MP Monochrome Camera for versatile photography. The Smart Aura Light Portrait feature enhances portraits in low light by adjusting the colour temperature.
The V29 5G comes in two colors: Peak Blue and Nobel Black. The Peak Blue variant uses a 3D Magnetic Particle technique, and the Nobel Black has Fluorite AG Glass, contributing to its sleek design.
Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon® 778G processor, the V29 5G promises smooth performance. It features an 80W FlashCharge that quickly charges its 4600 mAh battery. The Super Charge Pump technology improves charging efficiency.
