The TECNO Camon 12 Pro is official and the specs are great. Remember this is different from the Camon 12 Air that is expected to feature a punch-hole camera.

The Camon 12 Pro looks almost identical to TECNO’s flagship for 2019, the Phantom 9. It is crazy how similar the two phones are from images, and renders. This would be the more compelling buy. If TECNO prices it right, it should be much cheaper than the Phantom 9. I still don’t get why they’re sort of making the same phone but with different names.

A crazy thing is this: The Camon 12 PRO and the Camon 11 Pro from last year have the same processors. TECNO hasn’t updated that part of the phone for whatever reasons.

But unlike last year’s model, this year you get extra RAM, a bigger battery, a smaller notch, more cameras, but for some weird reason still no USB type-C. Let’s wait for the device and see whether or not it will be worth buying.
