Here’s how you can donate to Pamoja Tuungane:

  2. Make Cash Donations to PayBill 444777, regardless of your network.
  3. Visit Naivas Supermarket and buy their discounted Food Hampers.

Safaricom is encouraging any interested partners to join in the initiative.

During the launch, Naivas committed KES 20 Million towards the cause. Safaricom on the other hand committed KES 100 Million.

The #PamojaTuungane initiative will be working with the Ministry of Public Service and Gender, Senior Citizens Affairs and Special Programmes to identify the households and help with last mile distribution. Around 20,000 families living in 23 Arid and Semi-Arid counties are set to benefit from the fund. More affected counties will be added as time goes by.

Ernst & Young as a partner will ensure the audit of every item and money donated, so that they’re used for their intended purpose and that every targeted household is reached.
