Safaricom service upgrade to interrupt services all through the weekend

Safaricom has announced a full day service upgrade starting tomorrow at 5pm and going all the way through Sunday 23rd August 23rd at 5pm.

The following services will be affected during this period:

• Activation of new SIM Cards
• Swapping of SIMs
• Getting PUK codes
• Tariff Migration

All other services like M-Pesa, Calls, Data and SMS won’t be affected.
